But, slight spoiler to say, those banners are dropped down less than a minute into the show. The first time I went, I got the cheapest possible seat, and when I sat down, I thought, oh shit, I’ll be obstructed the whole show with these hanging banners. If you call and order tickets, the people at the box office should know what you mean by wanting to be “above” something instead of below it, even as vague as that sounds. That threshold is about 2/5 of the way up, so I’d recommend seats above that. Above is just so clearly better, and the intended viewpoint for that part. I won’t say any more about that, because it’s mind-blowing how cool it is when it happens, but after being below that threshold the 3rd time I went, I decided never to be below that point again. And I would say that for Beatles Love in particular (as opposed to some other Cirque shows), higher up is actually better than lower/closer in order to take in the whole spectacle, and for one particular scene/effect where you want to be above something rather than below it. I’ve seen it 7 times from various places, and truly, every seat is a fantastic viewpoint.
